Third Annual Beaverdam Studio Tour
After the outstanding 2018 success of the Beaverdam Studio Tour, the third annual studio tour is sure to be a big hit in North Asheville on Oct. 26 and 27. There will be 30-plus talented artists participating this year, and they will showcase various pieces of art, such as ceramics, painting, jewelry, sculpture, glass, paper and textile art. Eliada Corn Maze
Eliada’s 2019 Annual Corn Maze will be open from Saturday, Sept. 14, through Sunday, Oct. 27. Stop by and join in the festivities! The hours of operation are: Tuesday through Thursday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.–8 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. This year, Eliada is pleased to offer beer and cider to guests during these select weekend hours: Friday, 5–8 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m.–8 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m. A $10 ticket gets you in the maze! Children 3 and under may enter the event free, and groups of 12 people ore more can get a discounted $8 per person ticket.
Pumpkin Pickin’ at Grandad’s Apples
With more than 5 acres of pumpkins, Grandad’s Apples is a hot spot for a family weekend adventure.
